End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD for the Red Shores Casino Go & Discover software (the Software).

By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

License grant

RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple’s terms.

License restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where law allows
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices
• Use the Software for a commercial purpose without authorization
• Use automated systems to scrape the Software or this website
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner

The Software has no user accounts. There is nothing to share as login credentials.

Intellectual property

The Software is licensed, not sold. RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including code, design, bundled place copy, and marks. You retain ownership of journal text and photographs you create.

User data

Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Software stores your journal and settings on the device. It does not collect account, payment, or analytics profiles.

No subscription

The Software does not sell in-app subscriptions. Any price you pay is the App Store price for the download, if any.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF JOURNAL DATA.

Termination

This EULA continues until terminated. It terminates if you fail to comply. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete it. Your local journal is removed when the app is deleted from the device.

Updates

RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD may provide updates through the App Store. We may modify this EULA; continued use after a change is acceptance.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
