By downloading or using Red Shores Casino Go & Discover (the App) or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is

The App is a personal visit journal and a static guide to twelve bundled places on Prince Edward Island. It is published by RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD for general personal use. It is not a booking service, a ticket office, a casino product, or a game of chance. Place notes are editorial companions, not live hours or reservations.

2. App usage

You agree to use the App lawfully. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or this website

3. Intellectual property

Visuals, copy, bundled place text, branding, and design in the App and on this site are owned or licensed by RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You own the words and photos you add to your journal.

4. Privacy and data

The App does not require an account. Journal content is stored on your device. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Age

The App is intended for users 13 and older.

6. No professional advice

Place tips are informal. The App does not provide travel-agent, legal, medical, or financial advice. Confirm hours and access yourself before you go.

7. No guarantees

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant error-free operation or uninterrupted availability. Use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RED SHORES CASINO GO AND DISCOVER LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Because the journal is local-only, we cannot restore entries you erase or lose with a device.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
